NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 15. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Rewrite NNUE evaluation adjustments
Make the eval code in the evaluate_nnue.cpp more similar to the rest of the codebase:
* remove multiple variable assignment
* make if conditions explicit and indent on multiple lines
