Sanitize negative time values A GUI or game manager should never send negative time remaining, and rather assign a time loss. But as discussed on discord, some GUIs do, and this can confuse our recently added time-advantage calculations in #7113 (cc @locutus2). So this PR sanitizes negative values for the remaining-time variables to 1.
