Simplify condition for ThreatByRook
Remove stronglyProtected Queen for ThreatByRook. Idea is that in the
current master the SliderOnQueen bonus and the see_ge() function do
something similar as ThreatByRook for Queen, so this patch removes
some redundancy, in that sense.
