NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Do not hardcode Debug Log File
Allow to specifiy the log file name, this comes
handy in case of self-matches so that each SF
instance writes into a different log file.
No functional change.
