NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Simplify pawn moves (#1900)
If we define dcCandidates with & pawnsNotOn7,
we don't have to & it both times.
This seems more clear to me as well.
Tested for no regression.
