NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

More aligned_alloc changes to support Android
Move to posix_memalign for those platforms, in particular android,
that do not fully support c++17 std::aligned_alloc() (and are not windows)
