NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Increase reduction if tt-move is a capture
The idea is that chances are the tt-move is best and will be difficult to raise alpha when playing a quiet move.
