NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Use thread specific mutexes instead of a global one.
This is necessary to improve the scalability with high number of cores.
There is no functional change in a single thread mode.
