NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Remove capping in reduction (#2110)
Saves two std::min.
Bench is unchanged to high depth, but in principle this is a functional change so tested both STC and LTC.
