NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Convert movetime when nodestime is in force
elapsed() returns nodes while nodestime is active, but check_time compared it against limits.movetime in milliseconds without conversion, so movetime silently meant nodes. Convert movetime to nodes before init's early return.
