NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Send PV only for updated lines
It seems FritzGUI already remembers the old lines, so
we just need to update PV info only for the new lines.
Also introduced prevScore field in RootMove to avoid
a bulk copy of Rml.
No functional change.
