NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Skip TT_MOVES phase when possible
If we don't have tt moves to search skip the
useless loop associated with TT_MOVES phase.
Another 1% speed boost that brings this series
to a +6.2% against original revision 595a90df
No functional change.
