NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Retire splitPoint->cpus field
It is redundant with splitPoint->slaves[].
Also move slaves[MAX_THREADS] among the shared data in
SplitPoint definition as it should have been already.
No functional change.
