NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Move halfOpenFiles[] calculation out of a loop
And put it in an already existing one so to
optimze a bit.
Also additional cleanups and code shuffles
all around the place.
No functional change.
