NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Order bad captures by MVV/LVA
Instead of by SEE. Almost no ELO change but it is
a bit easier and is a more natural choice given
that good captures are ordered in the same way.
