NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Better on_change() argument name
Using "o" as a parameter with the on_xxx(const UICOption& o)
functions is a bit dangerous because of confusion with "0".
Suggested by Rein Halbersma.
No functional change.
