NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Do not wait when AbortSearch is set
It means we have already received "stop" or "quit" commands.
This fixes an hang in tactical test in Fritz GUI. Bug
introduced by previous bug fix :-(
