NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Fix some warnings and a compile error with icc
Unfortunatly icc does not understand that weakerSide and
strongerSide belongs to the base class :-(
So we have define them in the derived class.
No functional change.
