NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Introduce scale factor in pawn evaluation
The idea is to reduce the score if we have many
pawns opposing an enemy pawn so that the draw
possibility increases.
Just introduced the logic, but no functional change.
