NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Early stop: retire redundant Rml.size() == 1 case
In case there is only 1 legal move we will stop the
search at depth 10 anyway because the exclusion search
probe will fail low.
No functional change.
