NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Aspiration window rewrite
Joona new aspiration window. Main idea is to always
research aspiration fail highs/low at the same
ply and use much smaller aspiration window than previously.
Testing result is very positive.
