NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 7. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Retire attackedBy[] access functions
Currently are used by evaluation itself and the
whole EvalInfo will be removed from global visibility
by next patch, so no reason to use them.
No functional change.
